Step 02 — Prototyping

Custom Molding & Prototyping

Once a design is approved, our production engineers create the master moulds and jigs unique to your order. For metal trophies, we use precision zinc-alloy die-casting and forged-aluminium processes. For wooden awards, our master carpenters mill the first prototype from a solid block before any batch production begins.

We dispatch a physical prototype to your representative for tactile sign-off. Only after explicit approval at this stage does your order enter the bulk production queue. This step eliminates surprises — entirely.

Precision Bulk Manufacturing

With prototypes approved and moulds locked, our production floor activates. Our facility runs parallel production lines capable of handling diverse material profiles simultaneously — metal batches in the foundry wing, hardwood batches in the carpentry atelier, and acrylic/composite orders in the fabrication unit.

Batch tracking ensures every unit in your order is traceable. Our artisan finishing team applies surface treatments — electroplating, powder coating, lacquering, hand-polishing — to bring each piece to the exact lustre specified in your approved prototype. Before any box is sealed, every single unit in your order passes through our 12-point quality inspection protocol. Dimensional accuracy, surface finish, engraving depth, colour consistency, weight tolerance, and structural integrity are verified at three independent checkpoints: post-finishing, post-assembly, and pre-dispatch.
